We are currently only offering standard delivery.
Returns: We are currently not accepting any returns whilst the lockdown is in place. Please just send us an email and we will arrange a return for you once the lockdown is lifted.
At Clean Natured our goal is to package your order with precision and attention to detail, and as quickly as possible! We aim to package and process your order within 3 business days* of receipt of payment.
Once processed we’ll send you an email notifying you that your order has shipped.
Free shipping for orders over £50
UK Mainland Delivery (inc. Northern Ireland):
Standard Delivery is £3.50 or free of charge (for all orders over £50) and takes 3-5 working days
Express is £5.95 and takes 1-2 working days
UK Highlands and Islands is £9.95
European Standard Delivery is £15.00
Unfortunately we currently only delivery to the UK or Europe
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail.

If you live in Hampshire you can avoid delivery costs by selecting the shipping option “Hampshire pickup”. Orders can be picked up from the Winchester area, please just email to arrange a day and time, email@example.com
Cancellations or Changes
Changed your mind? Forgot to add something? No worries! Send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of purchase and we will sort it out for you!

Returns And Guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, or feel you don’t have much need for it, we can gladly help you out.
Online – Returns
We offer free returns! Simply contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we’ll provide you with returns info. We do not supply returns labels however we do reimburse your postage costs once we’ve received your return.
Items must be unused and undamaged to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be processed onto the original method of payment once the package has made its way back to us. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item
If your order has arrived damaged, defective, or you’ve received the incorrect item, send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with photos of the item(s), the box, and the packaging. We’ll take care of the rest!
Lost Parcels, incorrect or incomplete delivery address
*Sorry! We cannot be held responsible for damages, delays, lost parcels and/or additional charges incurred by customs during shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that a proper shipping address is provided when placing an order. Items returned to sender due to improper or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer.
